At Mulberry Homes, we have homes to suit a variety of needs and circumstances. Whether you have a house to sell and are looking for part exchange or assisted move, or you’ve fallen for one of our homes not yet released for sale, our schemes and incentives have been carefully created to support you with your move, whatever your circumstance may be.

First Homes

We’ve made it easier for first-time buyers to own a Mulberry Home. With the government backed First Homes scheme, you can take your first step onto the property ladder, into a new Mulberry Home, and pay at least 30% less than the market value of your new home.

Part Exchange

Take the hassle out of selling your house. We'll value your property, make you an offer, and put the value of your property towards your new Mulberry home. No chain. No estate agent fees. No hassle.

Key Workers Scheme

An incentive exclusively for those whose services we can't live without teachers, health workers, emergency services, armed forces personnel, and others. Receive a cash contribution of up to £500 for every £25,000 spent towards your new Mulberry Home.

Assisted Move

Found your dream Mulberry home but still need to sell your current property? With our Assisted Move Scheme, we’ll handle the heavy lifting — from valuations to negotiating the sale — so you can move forward with confidence.
